Day 5: Game character you feel you are most like (or wish you were)
I’ve answered this question before in my Final Fantasy Friday: To Thine Own Self Be True post. It sums it up better than I could ever repeat.
Let’s discuss. You can comment on this post or the FFF one. Doesn’t matter to me 🙂
I had a hard time answering this one when I did The Challenge™, but I think I went with Luigi because I always imagined he struggled with self-worth living in the shadow of Mario.

Did you put a little TM next to it?? XD Yeah…I can see that for Luigi, the “little” brother always trying to fill his big brother’s shoes

Haha, yes.

We already had an epic discussion about mine 🙂

We sure have 🙂 Some of these questions are a bit redundant since I’ve been doing that Final Fantasy Friday thing, but I figure it gives people who haven’t seen it a chance to discuss!

I can literally only think of Aloy from Horizon right now. My brain is work fried, but she’s tough, sassy and takes no ones shit.

How about …

That Kangaroo in Tank Girl!!

Which one? The one that Rebecca eventually dates 😀 THAT movie could be considered one of my guilty pleasures. I enjoyed it far more than I probably should have, as ridiculous as it was.

Never saw the movie to be honest – I read the comics when they first appeared. I think that they’re still in one of the four massive boxes stuffed with comics in my attic. Now that was a hard addiction to break! But it’ll be the Kangaroo in bed with Tank Girl in that picture. Who wouldn’t want to be in that position! 😀

I’d like to read the comics, because movies always leave something out 🙂

Strangely enough, I just found this in the drawer at work: Tank Girl The Movie: A Novel by Martin Millar (based on the comic srip created by Alan Martin and Jamie Hewlett and the screenplay written by Tedi Sarafian) – so guess what I’ll be reading soon! 😀

I’m going to have to add this to my TBR list lol. I have so many comics to catch up on o.O

If’n you’ve got, like, a gazillion quid (bucks), I’ve got the Deadline comics that Tank Girl made her bow in, all those years ago. 😉

I threw one of them on my TBR list! I think it’s the right one. I’m pretty new to comics, and most of the ones I go to add have a million versions I was going to add Guardians of the Galaxy, but I don’t know which one!

I have no idea about comics, uh, sorry – Graphic Novels these days. I used to when I was a kid, but then I joined a weird sex cult and walked away frim them. On reflection I wish I’d stayed with the comics. 🙂

I said Vivi for Final Fantasy, and I think that’s one of the best representations still. I think there’s probably another character like Vivi in another game, but I love Vivi, so I’ll choose him! 😉

Vivi is the type of character that proves you can be adorably cute, not remotely annoying, and have a wealth of depth. He’s one of the few child characters that pulls this off. I like Eiko, but she bordered a bit on the annoying spectrum at times.
